Funny how I still loathe Mondays, even when it’s summer and I have nothing particular to do.
I did however, decide to kick my butt back into gear and start frequenting the gym once more. I went this morning, and realized how much I actually missed it. MAking myself get up to go is the hard part, but once I’m there I enjoy pushing myself. I was so stressed out towards the end of the school year that I just stopped going altogether. I think I’m going to make it a goal to wake up at a decent hour and go at three times a week. I feel useless and gross if I am not active, it’s probably still ingrained in me after all those years of dance.
